This information is collected to enable ClarityCX to deliver the contractually agreed services to our clients and invoice you for services received. This information is recorded within a password protected file backed up via a secure network access storage (NAS) device owned by ClarityCX.
Customer information will be retained for a period of 2 years after last contact, financial records are retained for a period of 6 years.

This information is collected to enable ClarityCX to provide you with the relevant information relating to your enquiry or to make initial contact to introduce our services. This information is recorded within a password protected file backed up via a secure network access storage (NAS) device owned by ClarityCX.
We retain this information for the duration of the enquiry / quoting process and for a period of 12 months thereafter. If at any time you request no further contact personal data will be deleted immediately.
Survey Recipients
Recipient details are received from a ClarityCX client who is engaging the services of ClarityCX. All clients are required to confirm and sign they have complied with legal requirements to share customer information with trusted suppliers in the process of providing their product or service to the end customer. Recipient information shared with ClarityCX is limited to:
- Name
- Email Address
This information is collected to enable ClarityCX to provide customer feedback services relating to the client’s business. The information is held within the 3rd party tool SurveyMonkey. SurveyMonkey uses servers based in the US, their full privacy information can be found at: https://uk.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/
Survey respondents will also have their IP address recorded, this is used to manage and analyse the number of responses received from the same location.
We hold survey responses for a period of up to 18 months, to enable annual reporting services. Information and responses may be deleted prior to this, once the client has confirmed all the required reports and analytics have been received.
Any customer contact information provided to ClarityCX is deleted after the closing date of the survey in question.
Suppliers / Business Contacts
Business contacts and supplier information is gathered and retained either through the sharing of a business card or an enquiry for services from ClarityCX. Information we hold includes:
- Contact Name
- Business name, address & telephone number(s)
- Email address
- Business Website URL
- Any emails and documents relating to our enquiry
This information is collected to enable ClarityCX to source suppliers for both our own use and to support our clients. Information is recorded within a password protected file backed up via a secure network access storage (NAS) device owned by ClarityCX.
We review and update this information every 12 months.
Newsletter Subscribers / Infographic Requests
In the process of distributing our email newsletter or issuing free Infographics, we hold the following data:
- Contact Name (Newsletter)
- Business name (Newsletter)
- Email address (Newsletter & Infographics)
Recipients of our newsletter/infographics are collected verbally or using a double opt-in process via the 3rd party tool MailChimp. MailChimp stores information on servers based in the US. Full details of the MailChimp privacy policy can be found at www.MailChimp.com.
The ClarityCX website is hosted via 1&1, we collect visitor information purely for the use of visitor source analytics. You can set your browser settings to not accept cookies.
